Wire Mesh Mist Eliminator

The wire mesh mist eliminator is a core piece of gas-liquid separation equipment, specifically developed for industrial towers, reactors, and similar equipment. Made of high-quality stainless steel wire mesh or special alloy wire mesh through precision molding and assembly, it offers high mist removal efficiency, low resistance, structural stability, and easy installation. It is widely used for gas-liquid separation and purification in chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, environmental protection, and other industries.

Its main advantage is high mist removal accuracy, effectively capturing droplets with a particle size of ≥3 μm, achieving a demisting efficiency of over 99.5%. Compared to top-mounted mist eliminators, the bottom-mounted structure facilitates maintenance and wire mesh replacement, eliminating the need to disassemble the top components of the tower, reducing maintenance time by more than 40%. At the same time, the pressure drop is ≤150 Pa, reducing energy consumption and ensuring efficient and stable operation.

The core mesh material is made of 304, 316, or 316L stainless steel, or special alloys such as nickel or titanium alloys.
304 stainless steel: Suitable for conventional ambient conditions, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
316/316L stainless steel: Optimized for strong acid, alkali, and high-humidity conditions, with improved corrosion and temperature resistance, suitable for -30℃ to 600℃.
Special alloys: Suitable for extreme conditions of high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion, providing more stable performance.
