Herringbone mesh belt
Herringbone mesh belt is a variation of balanced weave belt, right hand and left hand weave forms a very dense and smooth belt with most rod straight and some crimped. The belt is perfect to convey small products because of high dense mesh, such as nuts, bolts, screw, nail, cookies, chemical grain etc.
Conventional weave belt
The conventional weave belt consists of single directional spirals inter-woven into the preceding spirals. The advantages of this mesh type is as follows: flexibility, smooth running, large opening, good air circulation easy to clean, install, maintenance and repair.
Flat wire belt
Flat wire belt is made from cross rod and flat strip with welded edge, some with knuckled edge. Side guard and flight is available, very little maintenance is needed. Long belt life can be expected if used properly.Material includes carbon steel,galvanized steel, SS304 and SS316. Usually used for cooling. drying, bread production, washing, sorting systems etc.
