Screen/Mesh Deformation Correction
If slight deformation of the screen plate is observed, it can be gently flattened using a wooden or rubber mallet. For severe deformation or irreparable damage, the screen should be replaced promptly to avoid affecting overall sealing and leaching efficiency.
Local Screen Repair
For small areas of screen damage, a patch of the same material can be used for repair. During repair, ensure that the mesh holes are aligned to maintain the overall flatness of the screen. However, if the damaged area exceeds one-tenth of the total area, it is recommended to replace the entire screen.
Connector Maintenance
Regularly inspect the connecting bolts between the screen/mesh and the support frame. Tighten any loose bolts promptly. Severely corroded bolts, washers, and other components should be replaced to ensure secure installation.
