Stable and Leak-Proof Spiral Mesh Belt – Preferred Solution for Granular Material Conveying
The spiral mesh belt (also known as a horseshoe chain mesh belt) is made from stainless steel plates through stamping, bending, and assembly. Its main advantages include stable structure, leak-proof design, and high wear resistance.
The unique Great Wall-shaped chain links are tightly interlocked, resulting in minimal deviation during operation. This effectively prevents granular, powder, and block materials from slipping or leaking. It can adapt to inclination angles up to 35°. Compared with ordinary mesh belts, its wear resistance is improved by more than 30%, and its smooth surface is easy to clean, ensuring a longer service life under continuous conveying conditions.
The spiral mesh belt also offers large mesh size, robust structure, long conveying capability, high overall tensile strength, and resistance to deformation. The edges can be welded, and it can be used with bends. This type of conveyor belt is made of flat metal strips, also known as a drag chain.
